History of the place: The apartment buildings are situated in Nutsibidze Plato district that was developed according to the USSR development plan for Tblisi. The architects of the towers situated at a steep hillside are Otar Kalandarishvili and G. Potskhishvili. Three of them are connected through a bridge.

Infrastructure: Parks, university, in one the the buildings a police station is situated.
